Presbyterian Church USA Opens Arms to the LGBT community.
In another one of the catholic denominations accepting the LGBT community the Presbyterian church of USA has announced that they shall make amends to the existing marriage laws of "fidelity within the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, or chastity in singleness." So that the Presbyterian church of USA can accommodate its new members.
The Presbyterian church of USA has joined the long list of churches who have formed what are known as the "Affirming Churches". Though the Presbyterian church of USA faces opposition from its congregation members it has decided to go ahead with this move. It is eminent that all the progressive Christians have a long way to go with the issue of LGBT.
